Raspberry Buttermilk Sherbet

This one is dead simple, you just need an ice cream maker


  • 2 cups of raspberries ( use frozen. YES, frozen)
  • 2 cups of buttermilk
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla


Put raspberries in blender and 1 cup of the buttermilk

Strain the mixture through a fine strainer. Put raspberry mixture back in blender, add the sugar, remaining buttermilk and vanilla.

Churn in your favorite ice cream maker.
