we haven’t updated FlavorSci in a while. Our technology wasn’t out there for very long when a major, le-dee-da, restaurant ( which we can’t name but if you are in the foodie-sphere you’d know them immediately ) , came knocking to evaluate our technology. That’s a wonderful thing for us, but not so great for our website because this evaluation was deemed “exclusive”.
It prevents us from musing publicly about our flavor experiments until the evaluation period is over which is subject to evaluation renewals ( so far it’s been renewed once ).
We will be back……….unless we are made an offer we can’t refuse on the technology, then we won’t. I really wish I could say more than that.
