No sickeningly sweet or artificial flavors here. It’s thick and easily reheatable.
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 oz. raspberry balsamic vinegar ( We recommend Ancient Olive )
In a small saucepan stir together sugar, cocoa powder, corn syrup, and heavy cream. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Stir until melted. Add raspberry balsamic vinegar.
We suggest storing in small mason jar in the fridge and it only takes about 15 seconds to reheat.
